Okay, guys, so. Let's just ignore the unofficial poll from yesterday. I'm sorry I hit nerves for people. Feel free to go extra hard on me during our next DR session.

In light of the fact that actual suits/uniforms are a highly unpopular thing, let's just go with what people are comfortable in whenever we're in the field. That said, I do want to talk about working armor into those items, though. Not necessarily armor plating or anything, but some kind of protection that's better than just leather or denim. You guys know what you work best in, but you also know where your weak points are -- and we need those covered, just in case.

Also, c'mon. Let me work on gadgets and stuff for you guys. I'll be bored out of my mind if I can't.

Well, ima expense the pineapples I bought last night but otherwise we good.

I actually have my X-Men jacket if you wanna like, play with taking the armor outta that and put it in a cool looking jacket that is totally not x-men-ly. Brown. Brown please. Or like. Any other color than black.

I have yet to find some kind of protection for my wings. I created some winter wing-warmers but they were hardly for flying in.

We can work on that! I'm not sure what kinds of things we might need for it, but we can definitely start R&D.

Maybe like a molecule-thick fabric that is very durable? But how would it go on? Maybe it could have a memory for the shape of my wings? I don't know what exactly is possible but I'm excited to find out!

And I think the hands-free communications are gonna be a first-up kinda thing. Basically, take the comms the other teams use and update/upgrade the shit out of them.

Letting you be bored sounds entirely unsafe. I'll get a jacket and let you put some type of armor thing in it.

Hands-free communication would be nice too since I tend to need my hands. And if you can think of any ways to trick out a notebook, I wouldn't say no.

Also, yeah. Comms. I'm gonna need your help to see how magic interferes with the tech, so if you don't mind chilling in my lab some, we can start working on updating/upgrading the stuff the other teams use.

I think I missed this entire post. Do I need to start scheduling meetings for when I'm not on call? (Something, something, the life of a Resident. I may be typing this from the break room while I get ready to sleep. )
