Good evening,

Please find attached an extended version of this post, with detailed reports on Clan Akkaba, the Friends of Humanity and the assorted bigoted deplorables as well as our intel on the same.

Clan Akkaba and their hired on violence doers saw significant causalities. By percentage, I am informed the other groups saw fewer deaths. Regardless of source, the bodies of the attackers have been reclaimed by the urban ecosystem.

We are still researching Clan Akkaba's ties to European and Sub-Sarahan ethno-nationalist groups as well as other possible sources of their income, people and connections. Research is still needed on En Sabah Nur, their stated leader slash messiah slash founder

Last, the subject of Marius Laverne. As most of you know he was on scene, and was brought to the mansion after being subdued. He has been interviewed extensively, and cleared both medically and psionically. His seemingly alliance with the Clan Akkaba was unwilling.

Marius was abducted during a medical procedure, and forced under magical and psionic duress to become an Avatar for Nur. Like the other three, he was given the mantle of one of the Horsemen of Biblical Revelation (1)

His defeat was a miracle. A cross team strike group used Marius' own weaknesses against him, by overloading his mutation with high energy output and incompatible DNA, as well as the applications of luck and chaos. My report contains detailed interviews with those who directly encountered him. If you are seeking specific names to thank please first see the list of those moderately to severely injured from the last two weeks.

Last - our own Topaz has removed the unwanted tie to that group. Mr. Laverne is of his own mind and agency and is to be treated as any other mansion guest or resident who was forced unwilling to do unspeakable actions.

I have had the chance to speak with our current guest in the Medlab.

Her name is Hope Summers and she is about sixteen years old. She was abandoned by her father in Salem and has been searching for him most of her day, till she came here in her desperation to use Cerebro and find him. She is still very upset.

Everything points to Hope being from an alternate dimension. She asked about a special gun for dimensional travel. She has been raised in her home dimension by her father, Nathan Summers, son of Scott Summers and Jean Grey-Summers, whom she calls grandma and grandpa. Her father goes by the code name Cable and is an agent of the Askani, a group of people who apparently protect dimensions from 'really bad things'. A psi with telekinetic and telepathic abilities, Hope described him as tall and big with white hair and she has asked us if we can help her find him.

We have located her backpack with personal belongs outside as well and she only carried a vial of hair on her person. It's purpose is uncertain for now.

She was open en informative when we spoke. I suggest we offer her shelter while we help her look for her father.

In light of the recent, thankfully non-fatal, outbreak of an interdimensional virus here at the mansion as well as it's uncontrolled spread beyond the Chapel and the MedLab, eXcalibur is going to be shutting down the majority of non-essential work that goes on in the Chapel while we plan and then begin renovations to increase safety and security for the team as well as the mansion at large.

To that end, all scientific experimentation, lab work, studies, etc will be carried out in the mansion's main labs and we will be transitioning our offices into the branch of the mansion currently housing the Xavier Institute. Personnel in the Chapel will be kept to a minimum (ie: only the person monitoring the wormhole) while construction is underway. This will, of course, be temporary, however, please keep our new locations in mind should you have need of any of us.

The Xavier Institute has been kind enough to hire the same construction company that managed the Chapel's first set of major renovations for what we have coming up next. These new renovations will include an increase in security around the portal (threat analysis, containment, etc) in case someone or something drops out of the portal (like April did) as well as beefed up biological protective measures beyond those currently utilized in the mansion.

The spread of the Chimera virus highlighted the need for eXcalibur to have its own decontamination system along with isolation and quarantine protocols. We were lucky. Very lucky. Everything turned out fine, everyone got their powers back, and nobody died. We might not be so lucky next time.

The renovations are also going to include negative pressure rooms to combat airborne pathogens, quarantine pods, specific isolation procedures, and a miniaturized medical station that can be manned by any medical staff available and capable of assisting with any injuries sustained during the course of an away mission. This will prevent eXcalibur from having to go through the mansion with an injured, potentially infectious teammate.

If you have questions, suggestions, or concerns regarding what happened with the Chimera virus or eXcalibur's plans to continue renovating the Chapel to meet the team's specific needs, please let me or someone else on the team know. We want to make sure that we're as transparent about our intentions to keep everyone at the mansion safe as we can be.

Just some post-operation updates.

We are all returned or returning, and North has kindly overnighted our various devices back to those of us still traveling. Handwritten mission reports are being digitized and uploaded to the servers once our learning machine has completed scanning and translating all of your very suspect handwriting.

As of this morning the data that was pulled from the U-Clinics servers is being anonymously sent to the authorities in charge of medical boards and licensing and the appropriate governmental agencies. All the patient data has been anonymized now that our technology team has their internet access restored, and footage from the horrific 'procedures' on Kevin has been shared.

I am hopeful for several high-profile arrests - if necessary we are prepared to release that footage and data to the public. As we expected, John Sublime is claiming no direct knowledge of this - I do not anticipate him facing the authorities, but his finances will not recover easily. The U-Clinics directly owned by his have been closed and several affiliated clinics have also shuttered. At the moment he claims this is a Temporary Restructuring, but we do not anticipate him re-opening.

As a final note, there was a handshake agreement with the mansion car enthusiasts for the final disposition of the vehicles. I am strongly in favour of leaving the three cars for anyone who wants to claim them. However, Kevin has adopted the RV and refuses to part with it. It is his now.

Topaz is currently missing presumed trapped in Avalon after the collapse of the dimensional gateway. Her status is unknown. If you have any ideas, no matter how absurd please see myself, Darcy or Wanda.

I have had a call from one of our contacts in Central Europe - Bartek Dabrowski was found murdered. If that name is not familiar to anyone else that is understandable, it was not familiar to me, I am not certain it was his real name. The man was my grandfather's age, and his murder was alarmingly brutal.

Kevin, I fear he is from one of your old CIA networks, from the information I was given. I have sent you all the pertinent information, and what I believe is Dabrowski's actual name to you to see if they match up.

However if anyone else knows that name, please speak up.

I have hired on Topaz, effective tomorrow morning. She will be on front desk rotation with Clea and similar to Clea, working with Amanda and Wanda on any magical nonsense that comes out way.

The front desk rotation schedule will begin Monday. Clea, you are still on full time desk duties until then, while we determine how to schedule it training and other duties you both have.

I will also be sending some calendar invites to several of you to cover basic spycraft and fight training, technology updates and the like.

Has anyone seen, spoken to or received text messages from Topaz anytime since last night? Her cat and carrier and cat supplies are in my apartment suite, she has left her phone and unlocked it and no one has seen her.

I have no good immediate futures that I can see that start with Topaz being gone.

I require all hands on deck, track anything you know of where she may have gone.

It has been several hours and neither Amanda, nor Topaz have checked in. This is not like them. I am gravely concerned.

Whoever is on security duty please pull the logs for the last twenty-four hours. I am going to make some phone calls from Amanda's contact list. If the security logs do not show them leaving - Amanda had a class to teach today, she was here earlier, I know her schedule - then please sweep the mansion for signs of intruders or teleporters.

Wanda has just come by and asked me to accompany her to a bail hearing for Simon Williams.

Yes, the one who punched Tony Stark yesterday. Yes, the Simon she went on vacation with last month.

She is convinced something strange is happening, since he could not get anyone besides her by telephone and neither could she. Several hang-ups, a lot of voice-mail and none of his people would even pick up, which does seem odd. It seemed odder still that TMZ and the like are not reporting on this any further beyond the single tabloid article.

I am going to briefly pretend to be a lawyer, that will be fun!

Apologies for this taking a few days, it took some time to get paperwork in properly and work out a schedule - I have offered Gabriel Cohuelo a job with us. It may be temporary - I did promise him that if it turned out not to be the right place for him that we would not "Men in Black flashy thingy" him.

Ideally he will be providing us a community-based look into mutant relations and as well, a certain level of 'night life' connections - his 'day job' as a bartender* should provide some insider knowledge the rest of us cannot get, and access to networks that most of the rest of us do not have. Cammie, I recognize you have done a great deal with this as well, please work with Gabriel so that you two are not duplicating each other's work, your natural habitats are different so I am not anticipating issues. (Plus he will take your front desk job every so often, which leaves you freer to go... make friends at whichever dive bars you drink Drano shooters at)

* Yes, this is a professional way of saying "He is a bartender, people talk to him." Be nice to me this morning, the coffee shop is down a barista lately (the hilarious grouchy one left) and so I made do with coffee pot coffee.

Gabriel, you should have a tentative schedule in your email, and you should probably expect to get passed around from person to person for the next few weeks to figure out what skillsets you have and what you might need particular work on.

Wade and I are on the way back from New Orleans. I had a precognitive incident that if I am interpreting things correctly means Asgard is about to fall on all of our heads, or has already. Wade has already called Scott - my drawings suggested Las Vegas - we are packed and the house is cleared out, and on the way to the airport to New York.

Also I am no longer a frog.

My powers issues are entirely out of control and I need to rein them in before they affect my work in more than just a lack of sleep.

What I have not said in my post is that my powers expert is a New Orleans Voodoun Queen and I may not actually find her - and that even if I do, the situation in New Orleans may be more complex than anticipated. Tante Mattie is probably at least partially connected to the network of Guilds in New Orleans and after M-Day, I am not certain of our, or my own, standing with those Guilds and their leaders.

If things become too complex I will either send word or return home. I have Kurt and Clarice on speed-dial if I need an emergency rescue. I hope that will not be needed.

So this seems to be working again, which means I am safe to assume Cypher has gotten all of the databases and servers back to whatever standard they were before our horrific New Years mystery event.

We really do need more people - we have lost quite a number of our contacts, especially from the Indian subcontinent from the disaster, plus countless others simply from losing a number of our people in the aftermath incidents, plus the retirement of others in the past year that we did not have time to replace.

Unless someone strenuously objects, I am going to write up a job offer for Wade - I know (intimately) that he is ridiculous but he comes cheap and we need the people and he has proven dependable and skilled in the past. I am also considering reaching out to Gabriel Cohuelo - from rumors I heard before the New Years Event, he may have the kind of history that lends itself to working well with Jubilee, plus someone who moves fast strikes me as valuable all on its own.
