What do we know about this? It's been nearly a full year since we dismantled Haven and I haven't heard shit from Josie or Abhay, so I don't think this is them, but I don't want to discount the possibility they're finally making new moves.

Not positive who these officials are talking to, but word on the street -

- ~9 passings in the community over the last few months between gossip and the news
- Vibe is more drug use, not the plague. Few red flags for Josie-symptoms
- Also heard that more folks were joining in the CC overdose response training. Connected?

Drug use? So these are OD's? That doesn't preclude Josie finding new uses of her power, and I haven't heard anything about new varieties of Kick or Rave. Let's keep open the possibility she's back, but also any new club drugs on the scene.

I took a look in the police database and sniffed around a little, you totally owe me a coffee later.

It looks like the police have classified these as ODs related to a new designer drug, they're still investigating, but they did note all the victims are mutants.

Hope it clarifies things.
