I took a look at those pendants X-Factor gave us. Can't say what they are, but I can say for sure they're not magic. Think it's time for science people to do their thing.

That shouldn't be too hard, there's plenty of them down in the mansion basement. I'm pretty sure if you go down there and say "I need a scientist" you'll get three or four responses.

Let's try some experimentation that doesn't include making you lick things to see what they do first. (Not that I'm against watching you lick things, but I did take that whole oath thing. )
