I’m seeing shifts in the few people who were moving furtively through the city. People are forming up in the skies and I’m kinda worried about the number of people demonstrating destructive powers in combination with various types of flight — sonic, TK, wings — and a lot of warping powers. Can’t tell from here if it’s all luck or reality, but there are definite ripples dispersing from where they’re positioned.

No ideas on what their big event is or whatever, but I’m not liking anything that might come from this.

The sheer amount of warping does explain the weirdness of the anomaly, at least.
